From a single press line to a fully integrated precision forging facility. This is our story.
Founded in 2008 in Hyderabad, Telangana, Lakshmi Forging began as a technically driven operation with a single 1000T hydraulic press and a clear vision: to manufacture forged components of uncompromising quality.
Over the next 16 years, we steadily expanded, adding press capacity, heat treatment lines, CNC machining bays, and a dedicated quality laboratory. Today our facility spans over 25,000 sq ft of covered production area, operating around the clock.
What has never changed is our engineering-first culture. Every component we produce is treated as a critical part because for our customers, it always is.
We are committed to continuous improvement across every function (process, quality, lead time, and cost) so that our customers gain a measurable competitive advantage from their partnership with us.
We aim to grow by investing in advanced technology, developing our people, and building long-term relationships based on quality, reliability, and integrity. We will not compromise on any of these.
We review customer drawings for Design for Manufacturability, identifying opportunities to reduce material, cycle time, and cost without compromising function.
In-house die CAD/CAM, FEM flow simulation, and precision tool manufacture ensure first-time process capability.
Material grade selection, billet heating, press/hammer forming, trimming, and controlled heat treatment to achieve target microstructure.
100% visual, dimensional CMM check, and sampling for NDT and mechanical testing. Documented traceability before dispatch.
Our engineering team has deep knowledge of forging metallurgy, die design, and process parameters.
We plan production rigorously and communicate proactively. Our customers rely on us for on-time delivery.
We are not a transactional supplier. We invest in understanding each customer's long-term cost and quality requirements.
